Catholic United Financial #400
This organization exists as a not-for-profit fraternal benefit society to promote fraternalism and charity among members through a local council system.  Goals of the group include providing members with life insurance, annuities and other products and services.  Benefits of their services help to contribute to the financial well-being of the members and their families and they encourage faith-fueled community engagement.  The Seven Dolors Catholic United Financial Council#400 sponsors various events throughout the year and they help support the Faith Formation program for the youth of the parish.  A matching grant breakfast is held which provides a time for fellowship with parishioners and their families.   All parishioners are asked to help with this event as the proceeds are used to help with financial support for Faith Formation and other financial support for events within the parish. Catholic United Financial (was St. Joseph’s Society Secretary St. Ann’s Society)

Knights of Columbus
From the moment of our founding in 1882, charity has been the first principle of the Knights of Columbus. We are Catholic men of faith and men of charitable action. Through our Building the Domestic Church initiative, Knights and their families have greater opportunities to participate in a variety of activities that deepen their faith, promote the New Evangelization, and strengthen our parishes. The Knights was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.  All the good works we do are informed by our four core principles:

Charity – Our Catholic faith teaches us to “Love thy neighbor as thyself.”
Unity – None of us is as good as all of us. Members of the Knights of Columbus all know that – together – we can accomplish far more than any of us could individually. So we stick together…we support one another.
Fraternity – Venerable Michael J. McGivney founded the Knights of Columbus, in large part, to provide assistance to the widows and children left behind when the family breadwinner died – often prematurely.
Patriotism –We are proud of our devotion to God and country, and believe in standing up for both. Whether it’s in public or private, the Knights remind the world that Catholics support their nations and are among the greatest citizen
