St. Martin Faith Formation and Community Service Project November 6 2019- KIDS FIGHTING HUNGER at St. Martin Parish Center Kids Fighting Hunger |

Families and community members are welcome to join us once a month for a faith filled family fun night. Starting in November, we will meet once a month ( could be scheduled on a Wednesday, Friday or Saturday) for a family event night.
In November, we will have a service project, packaging food for the hungry. Donations are $20.00 each for Adults ( which include children who are in grades K-1 since they will need to pack with the parents). Students who are in grades 2-12 are $15.00.
We will alternate fun nights with service nights throughout the calendar year. It is a time for all to share and enrichen their lives in a faith filled way. Please click on the calendar to see the upcoming faith family night schedules. December is Christmas caroling to shut-ins followed by hot chocolate.

Jesus said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." So, bring the family and let's have fun!
Children's Liturgy of the Word
During the school year, children between the ages of 4 to 8 are invited to take part in the Children’s Liturgy of the Word. They will be called forth after the opening prayer and sent off with a blessing. They will be lead by a group of youth and adult to explore the Sunday's Gospel in an age appropriate level along with doing some craft/activity. The children will return to participate with the Liturgy at the Offertory, they will bring their own petitions to offer in a collection basket. All other children in attendance are invited to bring forth a gift at the same time. The remainder of the mass continues as usual. |
